What comes to mind when you think of the immune system?

Is it the "guardian"   " that fights off viruses during the flu?

Is it the "intelligence agent"   that recognizes various pathogens?

Or is it the "scavenger"   that vigorously eliminates cancer cells?

The latest research has found that the immune system's capabilities extend far beyond these, and the new surprises it brings are breaking people's previous cognition!

 Regulate blood sugar, the immune system has a new approach!

For a long time, blood glucose regulation has been considered primarily governed by insulin and glucagon secreted by the pancreas.

A new study published in the journal Science in 2025 revealed that when the body is in a low-energy statesuch as during intermittent fasting or exercise—immune cells act like postmenstrual couriers, transmitting important information between the nervous system, immune system, and hormone system to help regulate blood glucose levels, revealing the interconnected mechanism of the neuro-immune-metabolic network[1].

This discovery also offers new possibilities for diabetes treatment: When direct stimulation between the brain and pancreas fails, perhaps immune cells can act as messengers between the two, restarting the blood glucose regulation mechanism. This may also have potential application value for patients with other diseases such as obesity and metabolic syndrome [1].

▲ Neurons surrounding the small intestine stimulate the migration of ILC2 to the pancreas, which stimulates glucagon secretion and thereby promotes the breakdown of liver glycogen. [1]

 New Path for Diabetes Patients to "Reduce Medication and Reverse Diabetes"

Among the over 500 million diabetes patients worldwide, approximately 90% are suffering from type 2 diabetes, with insulin resistance and functional decline of pancreatic β-cells being the core pathological features. Traditional treatments rely on medications and insulin, which can control blood sugar in the short term but face three major bottlenecks:

* Side effect cycle: Long-term medication is prone to cause hypoglycemia, liver and kidney damage, and even exacerbate insulin resistance;

* High incidence of complications: Complications such as vascular lesions and nerve damage still threaten patients' quality of life;

* Psychological burden: Drug dependence and disease anxiety form a vicious cycle, further weakening immunity.

In recent years, more and more studies have found that the immune system of diabetic patients generally suffers from chronic inflammation and immune cell dysfunction, such as ILC2immune cell activity is closely related to glucagon secretion. This suggests that: Immunity restoration may be a breakthrough in breaking the metabolic deadlock.

 From immune repair to holistic treatment of body and mind: China's answer

Professor Zhang Minghui delves into the most intricate realm of medical scientific research, specifically in the field of cellular immunology. 20 years ago, he stumbled upon a "super killer" of cancer cells, the vNKT cells, within a bottle of cell culture medium that was about to be discarded. He then applied this discovery to cancer treatment and pioneered the establishment of a large-scale expansion method for vNKT cells internationally. This confirmed the bidirectional anti-tumor effect of vNKT cells and led to the creation of a new generation of anti-tumor immune cell therapy technology based on vNKT cells.

With the deepening of cancer research, Professor Zhang Minghui believes that chronic diseases, represented by cancer, metabolic diseases, and mental illnesses, are the main issues plaguing human health today. A single method can only address part of the problem and cannot solve systemic issues. To make breakthroughs, one must adopt a holistic and comprehensive perspective and focus on solving systemic problems, with the core logic being to implement multidimensional interventions through immunotherapy-metabolism-psychology, restart the body's self-healing ability, and has created a new medical system represented by the "Lehe Four Methods"

 From "sugar control" to "managing people"

“Diabetes is not merely a problem of blood sugar, but an epitome of systemic imbalance.” As Professor Zhang Minghui puts it, the core value of Lehe Four Methods lies in viewing humans as a dynamic whole of “immune -metabolic -psychological” integration, rather than isolated data indicators. When scientific discoveries collide with traditional wisdom, diabetic patients may finally usher in a new era of “reducing medication and reversing diabetes.”

Immunity, is precisely the most anticipated “endogenous drug” in this revolution!

Five reversible diseases, Lehe New Medicine provides answers.

The integration of Chinese and Western medicine, and the fusion of technology and humanity. Systematic application of the "Lehe Four Methods" - Chronic Disease Rehabilitation Camp can eliminate the metabolic and informational waste retained in the human body, replenish nutrition and energy, revitalize body cells, and restart organ functions.

Verified by over a thousand people, more than thirteen types of chronic diseases

have successfully achieved functional reversal or long-term rehabilitation

* Metabolic diseases: Hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, etc.;

* Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases: Atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, etc.;

* Immune diseases: Hashimoto's thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, allergic diseases, etc;

* Degenerative diseases: osteoarthritis, Alzheimer's disease, etc.

Reversing chronic diseases, new hope for recovery! Waiting for you to experience~

Founder of Lehe New Medicine

Professor Zhang Minghui, who holds a PhD in Immunology from Tsinghua University School of Medicine, has led a research team for over 20 years since the discovery of vNKT cells in 2002. They have accumulated experience in treating over 700 cases of solid tumors, covering almost all common types. The research results fully demonstrate the immense value of vNKT cells in the treatment of solid tumors.

It is suitable for patients with high pathological malignancy or a risk of recurrence after surgery; patients whose tumors have been largely controlled but not cured through conventional treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and targeted therapy; patients with persistent high carcinogenic factors; and patients who are intolerant to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. If these patients do not receive effective follow-up treatment after traditional anti-tumor therapy, there is a high probability of recurrence, metastasis, or reoccurrence of tumors. In such cases, vNKT cell therapy is an ideal follow-up treatment method, which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
