Dr. Zhang Minghui

Dr. Zhang Minghui holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from Tsinghua University School of Medicine and has devoted his career to immune-cell research and clinical translation, becoming one of the early pioneers of NKT-cell research in China; he has led more than ten national projects, including grants from the National Natural Science Foundation and the “12th Five-Year” Major New Drug Innovation Program, and has published dozens of papers in journals such as Nature Immunology. Over more than two decades of research and clinical practice, he has shaped the medical philosophy of “take illness as the teacher, let medicine guide the way,” advocating a return to medicine’s humanistic origins by integrating traditional Chinese diagnosis, modern immunology and lifestyle intervention so that every patient experiences healing of both body and mind. As a researcher and advocate of Lehe MedNeo, he leads teams that have built R&D and humanistic-practice bases in Beijing, Zibo and Suzhou, advancing the deep integration of immune modulation, recovery wellness and humanistic care — turning the vision of “health and harmony for all” into a path that can be reproduced and passed on.

Research Achievements

Authorized Patents

An NKT-cell-based tumor immunotherapy preparation and its preparation method (Patent No.: ZL2018 1 0234567.8). The invention provides a novel NKT-cell immunotherapy preparation that, by specifically activating CD1d-restricted NKT cell populations and combining targeted delivery technology, significantly improves immune response efficiency within the tumor microenvironment. The preparation has demonstrated strong anti-tumor activity and safety across multiple solid-tumor animal models, providing key technical support for the translational research of refractory tumors.
