張明徽博士是清華大學醫學院免疫學博士，長期致力於免疫細胞研究與臨床轉化，是國內NKT細胞研究的先行者之一，先後主持國家自然科學基金、「十二五」重大新藥創制專項等十餘項國家級科研項目，並在《Nature Immunology》等國際權威期刊發表論文數十篇。在二十餘年的科研與臨床實踐中，張博士逐漸形成了「以病為師、以醫行教」的醫學思想，主張回歸醫學的人文本源，把中醫辨證、現代免疫研究與生活方式干預融為一體，讓每一位患者都能在科學與溫度並存的診療過程中獲得身心同康。作為樂和新醫學的研究者與倡導者，他帶領團隊在北京、淄博、蘇州等地搭建研發與人文實踐基地，推動免疫調理、康復養生與人文關懷的深度融合，努力把「人人健康樂和」從一個理想，變成可以被複製和傳承的現實路徑。

The invention provides a novel NKT-cell immunotherapy preparation that, by specifically activating CD1d-restricted NKT cell populations and combining targeted delivery technology, significantly improves immune response efficiency within the tumor microenvironment. The preparation has demonstrated strong anti-tumor activity and safety across multiple solid-tumor animal models, providing key technical support for the translational research of refractory tumors.
